“hötel” is a sculpture and sound installallation comissioned by KORO, Norway`s national body responsible for curating, producing and activating art in public space. It is situated at the university of Tormsø, campus Narvik. The work uses the natural room mode resonances of the concrete space inside the sculpture to create a mediative space where the subtle sounds played in the sculpure fuse with the sounds from the city below.
